1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return if:

- The item is returned in its original packaging (box, tags, accessories included)
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personal-use items (such as underwear, if applicable)

4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- The wrong product was delivered
If you need a different size or model, we recommend placing a new order.
6. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
