1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging (box, tags, accessories included)
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Personal-use items (such as underwear, if applicable)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  3. Our team will guide you through the return process

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • The wrong product was delivered

If you need a different size or model, we recommend placing a new order.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
